Order and Shipping

You can easily place your order in our extensive online store at www.jan-kuenster.com. Alternatively, you can give us a call at +49 (0) 228-282961. We will then personally take your order or answer any questions you may have. We are happy to assist you!

You can make payments using a credit card, direct debit, or PayPal. (Instant purchase/installment services are provided by PayPal and are managed externally by PayPal.)

With our reliable logistics partner DHL, we promptly ship your order securely packaged from Bonn to anywhere in the world. The regular delivery time is only a few days. In exceptional cases – if a product is not in stock - we will contact you. If products need to be custom-made to customer specifications, such as canvas reproductions, delivery may take approximately 10 to 14 days.

Shipping costs within Germany are a maximum of €5.90. For orders over €80, delivery within Germany is free of shipping charges. Within Europe, we charge postage costs of €12.90 per order. Shipping costs to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are €22. For deliveries outside of Europe, we charge €29 per order.

For "urgent" customers, we offer express overnight shipping at an additional cost (only within Germany). The additional cost for express deliveries is €25. Please place express orders by phone only at +49 (0)228 – 282961.
