There is no minimum order value.
Orders are always dispatched as quickly as possible, usually the next day.
Shipping is via DHL.
You are welcome to enter a Packstation as the delivery address or an alternative delivery address.
Please remember to enter your e-mail address with every order.
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number from DHL via email.
If a product is currently not available, you will receive a message from us.
You will receive an invoice for your delivery. This is in the package.
From an order value of 80 euros we deliver free of charge within Europe.
Pictures with glass frames are sent up to a size of 40 x 50 cm. With larger framed pictures, the risk of glass breakage is too great.
If a package arrives damaged or the contents are damaged, it is best to report the transport damage to us by telephone on 0228-282961. We will then arrange a new delivery. The same applies to incomplete deliveries or wrong deliveries. We will immediately take care of the correct subsequent delivery.
If a package is lost, which fortunately is very rare, please call +49 (0)228-282961 so that we can initiate an investigation.
If you would like to order an individual inscription in a print graphic, then write the desired text in the payment process under "Notes" or give the text by telephone on 0228-282961. Especially with such "gifts" there are often "secrets" that are better discussed on the phone, such as a different delivery address, the exact delivery date, etc.
Several times a year we carry out special offers and special discount campaigns. You will receive the relevant information on our website or by post.
If you do not wish to receive any mail from us, a simple email to info@jankuenster.de is sufficient.
